In line with the Group's progressive dividend policy, the Board proposed a total dividend for 2024 of c£119m, (18.6p per share), paid to shareholders in equal instalments following the release of H1 and FY results. Following the payment of an interim dividend of 9.3p per share on 20 September 2024, a second interim dividend of 9.3p per share (c£60m), was paid on 25 April 2025 to shareholders on the on 14 March 2025.
Chequeless dividend payments
We would like to inform our shareholders that Entain plc intends to cease paying ordinary share dividends by cheque and will pay these dividends by direct transfers to shareholders’ bank or building society s. The first chequeless payments will be made no later than the start of 2026, prior to which shareholders will need to complete and return a bank mandate instruction to our registrars, Link Group.
